Most golf course irrigation systems reach the end of their reliable service life at 15 to 20 years. Before any renovation is designed, you need an objective, documented picture of what you have. That is what an LRDG audit delivers.
We inventory every component in the field, reconstruct the site plan in AutoCAD where drawings are missing or outdated, and assess the system’s condition, coverage, and remaining service life — then put it all in a formal written report you can budget and plan from.
Where a course has lost its original drawings, we rebuild the as-built site plan in AutoCAD directly from field data. Where a legacy central control system is still running, we convert its database into a modern Toro Lynx or Rain Bird Cirrus format so nothing is lost in the transition.
The result is a single, documented source of truth: what is installed, what condition it is in, and what renovation will require.
Courses whose 15–20-year-old systems are nearing renovation, and owners who need an objective assessment before they commit a budget.
Tell us about your project and we'll outline the right phases, scope, and approach for your course.
